The Healing Properties of Comfrey
At KM Herbals, we grow and harvest our own Comfrey! Always the first to appear in the Spring, Comfrey is one of our favorite plants at Dillon Vision Ranch.
Comfrey is abundant in its giving ~ from its big green leaves in early Spring, to its roots in the fall ~ and recognizable by its creamy yellow and purple flowers that hang in clusters from a short stalk.
Rich in allantoin, calcium, iron, protein, and vitamins, Comfrey shines when used for the prevention of skin sensitivities and improving the look of scarring and dull complexions.
Its soothing, calming mucilaginous properties are ideal for addressing irritations and skin sensitivities, and can be used after treatments like microdermabrasion and chemical peels.
