We ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS First Class and Priority Mail.
Non-Continental & International Orders: KM Herbals, Inc. can ship anywhere within the continental United States. Requests for international shipping may be accepted on a case by case basis. Clients outside of the continental United States (including Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, and Canada), should email their order to email@example.com for a cost analysis and to determine the best shipping method.
All products are made fresh to order.
Lead time is 1 to 3 weeks - orders are often processed sooner.
At KM Herbals, we craft our products with intention, integrity, and care for a variety of skin types and personal care concerns. However, we understand that certain formulas may not be suitable for everyone. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product(s) to us for a refund. Refunds will be granted on item(s) returned and postmarked within 30 days of their initial purchase , and will be issued for the cost of goods only. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
In your return package, please include the item(s) you wish to return, along with the following information:
- Your Name, Phone Number, and Email Address
- Order Number and Date
- Reason for Your Return

Once our facility receives your return package, your refund will be processed promptly, crediting the card used to make the initial online purchase. Should additional information be needed to process your return, our customer service team will get in touch with you immediately.
