- Eyebright (Euphrasia officinalis): calms redness, irritation, and itchy conditions; gently astringent and toning; supports the health of sensitive eyes.
- Borage Oil (Borago officinalis): high in gamma linoleic acid; moisturizing, smoothing, and calming.
Apply sparingly and gently to delicate under eye area. Can be applied twice a day, at morning and nighttime, to freshly cleansed skin.
